I am experimenting with the idea of using a wiki and blog as my home page. Most web pages these days are simply glorified wikis & blogs anyway. The wiki server that comes with mac os x server - snow leopard edition is so easy to maintain and update, it compensates for the lack of features. It may not have all the possibilities and widgets such as found in wordpress, but it makes up for it in convenience. Editing and updating is so quick and easy. I may install wordpress on my server later but for now the leopard server wiki functions seems to have some promise. A very neat feature of this server is that all pages are automatically formatted for the iPhone, if so accessed. My only disappointment so far is that the wiki can be updated though any browser, anytime, except believe it or not, on an iPad. This is a bit of a surprise. I have hacked it to worked slightly but not good enough.

Niko our Karelian Bear Dog also has his own wiki and blog. He does not say much though.
